Initial Health Assessment

Medical History

The medical history goes a long way in identifying issues that may cause fertility problems. Medical history also helps us select and implement a proper management plan. You would be asked questions related to:

  • Menstrual problems
  • Use of Contraception
  • History of miscarriages, if any
  • History of sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
  • Frequency/difficulty/use of lubricants
  • If male partner have erection / ejaculation problem
  • If male partner have diabetes

Lifestyle Factors

Several lifestyle factors would affect your fertility, which may need to be modified before you embark on any fertility treatment. We would like to know:

  • Do you smoke?
  • Do you Drink?
  • Do you exercise?
  • How much you weigh?
  • Are you stressed?
